Professional Audio Visual Systems is a locally owned and operated Tennessee company founded by Mike Richards and Jennifer Richards. Mike, who holds a background in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Digital Systems, serves as the company's Qualifying Agent and oversees operations, system engineering and technical consulting. Jennifer, who holds a background in Accounting as a CPA, manages the company's financial operations and business administration. Together, they have built a company committed to technical excellence, integrity, and long-term customer relationships.
PAVS is a licensed Tennessee contractor specializing in low-voltage systems and general contracting and maintains an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. During the site visit, we'll evaluate your space, answer your questions, and gather the information needed to design a system that's tailored to your application and budget.
After the consultation, we'll prepare a custom system design and detailed proposal. Once it's ready, we'll review it with you, explain our recommendations, discuss available options, and answer any questions you may have.
After you approve the proposal, our engineering team finalizes the system design, prepares technical documentation and schematics, procures equipment, and completes any required programming and configuration before installation.
When everything is ready, we'll schedule your installation. Our technicians will professionally install, integrate, test, and commission your new system, then provide training so you feel confident using it from day one.
